Last week, the Unplugged Performance crew visited Buttonwillow Raceway Park’s brand-new “The Circuit" track. Our goal for the visit was to do some baseline testing, research, and development with none other than Randy Pobst. Learning our lines, clocking some lap times, and getting to know more about how to continue building on top of this Juniper platform is what we ultimately want to do.

In this video, we had Randy pilot our newly acquired Quicksilver Tesla Model Y Juniper, get a couple of laps in, and discuss his overall impression of the car and the upgrades we added to it—like our Street and Track Sway Bars, Moderate Option Dual Rate Lowering Springs, and BBS x UP Flugplatz wheels wrapped in Yokohama ADVAN Neova AD09 tires. Our intention with this video was to show how a subtle set of upgrades to a family suv Tesla can become a fun track capable car.

Race car drivers will be race car drivers... it didn’t take much time before Randy’s competitive instincts kicked in.

We're excited to put more time on the track and share more content these next few weeks, so hit that subscribe button!
