What will Tesla do to revive the sales of one of its longest-running electric models? That question might soon be answered, as the Tesla Model S is set to receive another update.

The Model S was first introduced as a concept in 2009, with production beginning three years later. It quickly became one of the most well-known electric vehicles, but over the years, competition has grown. Tesla has already refreshed the Model S twice, first in 2016 with a front-end redesign and then again in 2021 with a completely revamped interior. Now, instead of launching an all-new generation, Tesla is opting for another facelift to keep the Model S competitive.
