We put suspension from a new Tesla model 3 into an older high mileage one! was it easy to do?

A couple weeks ago, we tested a Model 3 that had been fitted with the refined suspension from the new version, or "highland" version as it is referred to within the Tesla community, We said that if we liked it and thought it was worth the time and money to do that we would do this upgrade to Miles, our 226,000 mile 2021 Tesla Model 3.

In this video, we fit the suspension to Miles! is it an easy thing to do?
We also go a step further, by changing both sets of springs and shocks, rather than only the shocks in the rear as with what other people who have done this upgrade have done. Is it worth the time, money and effort to do this swap?!
