2022 Model X Tesla Suspension Problem - Tesla Service Said Noises Are NOT Covered Under Warranty!

I purchased this Model X brand new from Tesla in 2022. From the beginning, the vehicle has made noticeable rattling noises from the suspension when turning the steering wheel while stationary. I brought this to Tesla’s attention on multiple occasions, but was told the noise was normal due to the vehicle’s weight.

Fast forward to today the issue has worsened significantly. The car now makes loud, unsettling noises while driving, to the point that it feels unsafe. I immediately scheduled a service appointment and submitted a video of the issue.

To my surprise, Tesla sent me a diagnostic fee despite the vehicle still being under warranty. When I questioned this, I was told that noises are only covered for 12 months. However, the warranty booklet states that normal noises are not covered. This clearly isn’t a normal noise, especially given its severity and the fact that it’s been ongoing since purchase. Tesla then claimed that covering noises for 12 months is an “act of goodwill”

After several messages and a visit, here's what happened
